  • Check Your Relational Circuits/get your Parasympathetic System back online.

  • Interactive Journaling with Jesus

  • Get face to face with someone who can validate you and help you return to joy.

  • REMEMBER! You need validation, NOT fear bonding.

  • Once your body is calm, remember his Word! You will be much more receptive of truth once you sense His loving presence.

Bad Coverage

When we are upset, we struggle to stay relational. It’s just how our bodies work. We want to hear from God but it’s like we have bad reception. That’s why we need to get our relational brain circuits back online so that we can hear what God wants to say to us.

The more joy & rest you have, the more resilient you become, and the less easily you are overwhelmed. This is a huge component of maturity!
